Mountain Lake is a seasonal resort.  Our season each year begins the first Friday in May through the last Saturday night is October with weekends - Friday & Saturday nights - in November plus Wednesday and Thursday nights of Thanksgiving.  The Hotel, Restaurant, Recreation, Activities Barn and original cottages are closed weekday days in November and all of December through the first Friday in May each year.  However, Mountain Lake can offer you a Winter Getaway!

Mountain Lake is pleased to offer our newest accommodations that are available year round.  These cottages are at Blueberry Ridge and are nestled in the forest on the ridge above Mountain Lake. We welcome you to experience the beautiful wooded setting, perfect for your next getaway. The Blueberry Ridge cottages are equipped with full kitchens - complete with cookware, china, glassware and silverware, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dining tables, living rooms with sofa beds, wood burning fireplaces - we provide the firewood, satellite tv, covered porch, and bedrooms with either one king or two queen beds with private baths. We offer 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages that can accommodate up to 14 people.  We also sell our 2, 3, & 4 bedroom cottages to couples at the one bedroom rates.  Please call 1/800-346-3334 for more information. Winter guests are invited to fully experience Mountain Lake’s outdoors by hiking and biking our 20 miles of trails, enjoying the amenitites in the Conference Center - tread mill, recumbent bicycle, foos ball, bumper pool, skeet ball and oversized chess, or by simply relaxing and enjoying breath taking views from your cottage. All cottages have the necessities for guests to bring groceries and prepare their own meals in the full kitchen.
